At MoonBeans Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help with a few simple guidelines.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened bags of coffee within 7 days of delivery.

Coffee that has been opened or used is not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@moonbeanscoffeeroasrs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift, we’ll issue store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
